Vectorworks Master Class: DATA VISUALIZATION

In this live-online Zoom session I demonstrated how to create the drafting plate seen here, where the top view is the true color elevation and the bottom view is color-coded by department (such as Construction, Set Dec, or VFX). Both views come from a single cohesive 3D model in Vectorworks, and this was done using Data Visualization. The example drafting is from Chip & Dale: Rescue Rangers on Disney+.

Thank you to everyone who joined me live on 11/19/22! Below is a recording of the class to review what was covered, and for anyone who wasn’t able to join that day. I’m putting this online for anyone to view, and if you end up enjoying the content, there are QR codes for Zelle & Venmo at the end of the video. I appreciate your tips & feedback!

I mentioned Local 800 in the video, but I also want to give a shout-out to members of Local 829 who were able to join. It was great seeing everyone!
