Royal Escape Rooms:
Observatorium & Apollo 18: Mission Control

Designed by Gerry Hariton and Vicki Baral, I had the pleasure of helping art direct the installation of this Observatorium Puzzle Break escape room aboard Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas, above.

Following that I joined the team as a designer for the Apollo 18: Mission Control escape room on Oasis of the Seas (video below), which recreates the historic Mission Operations Control Room in Houston. With puzzles developed by Puzzle Break, this room gives players the opportunity to step into a fully-themed world and act as Flight Controllers getting the Apollo spacecraft to the moon. Every detail was researched, designed, and specified, from the hundreds of buttons to the interactive screen graphics. Becoming immersed in the science and wonder of the Apollo era was a dream come true.

Mirabili is a conceptual themed restaurant inspired by Lewis Carroll's beloved 1865 novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The design aims to create a sophisticated dining space with subtle references to the original text, meant to be enjoyed by both adults and children. Renderings created in Vectorworks with Photoshop figures.
